Warranty & Repairs
If you have any issues with any of our products or any other Brands we sell, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
Warranty Periods
Standard New Product Warranty: 2 years, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
- When a problem occurs during the warranty period, caused by defective materials or workmanship (determined by FLEX-ARM.com or the supplier), the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- Repair or replacement will not renew or extend the original warranty period.
- FLEX-ARM.com will not be liable for any damage caused by a defective product.
- The warranty is void when the product has been misused or modified/repaired by anyone other than flex-arm.com / or our supplier, has not been properly maintained or when trademarks and/or serial numbers have been altered or removed from the product or proof of warranty.
- When a defect occurs, the product must be returned accompanied by the invoice or receipt and a copy of the order..
- The warranty does not apply to consumables such as batteries and bulbs or to damage caused by the use of such consumables.
- Shipping costs will be charged for returning the repaired equipment to the owner outside the EU or Islands in the Italian and EU territory
Outside the warranty period
When a problem occurs outside the warranty period or if the problem is not covered by the warranty (for example water damage, fall damage, improper use), we will still be happy to help you solve the problem.
We can also send the product to our supplier or the manufacturer for repair/service after approval of the repair estimate.
Outside the warranty period, additional costs will be charged, such as shipping costs to the manufacturer.
